I hate this app
This app is so hard to use, when I’m trying to use my Chinese ID to sign up for an account, it automatically switches my birth day to September when is not, and you can’t even change it🤬

外国人想要app买票，只有护照和外国电话号码
一直要求登入
進入app後只能看到個人訊息，其它部分像行程，都會要求再登入，但登入成功後，完全沒呈現出訊息來，又要求登入。😒
新版的app完全登录不了
无法选手机区域号，无法用密码登录，也无法找回密码。没有测试就上线真的无语啊

俩字垃圾，让我验证，又验证不了。换到微信小程序，又让我实名验证，去了，告诉我又不能认证，只能找客服认证。纯有病。国内app一堆臭毛病什么都要手机号验证，验证这那的，验就验证吧，能不能跑通了再上线？？这是得吃了多少回扣？

First, as an international carrier, you are obliged to make at least an English version, not to mention other languages. Secondly, I was unable to select a seat on the plane using your app. I was only able to do so through the website. So what is the point of this app?
