Потому, что приложение не качественное.

Досудебная претензия

У нас у ресторана случай, для других, кто думает что вы одиноки, то нет. У нас гость нажаловался что ему пол заказа якобы не привезли, с нас списывается сумма со штрафом, мы видео присылаем с камер, на что нам говорят что роллы в черной упаковке, там ничего не видно, по их логике мы отдали пустые контейнера. Ситуация с ботами и шаблонами повторялась, по итогу мы направили досудебную претензию почтой, далее суд, Яндекс наживается за счет ресторанов которые ничего не делают, а прощают им все это. А главное что у гостя не было даже ФОТО, просто основание для удержания «слово гостя». Вот так работает система, ресторан пришел ушел, а привлекать гостя дорого, проще за счет ресторана все вернуть и еще и оштрафовать.
