cant connext
i cant connect my phone to it. i dont even have four devices i only have the lamp fan which isnt the one i have.

This app use to work and it worked well. Now it doesn’t, and I have tried reconnecting it using the 30 second method with no luck. It would help if the developer could post a QR code that we can scan to enable us to connect that way.

Le Bluetooth et la fonction localisation étant actifs.

How to get device working. Update needed for iPhone 17 models.
Since the below review it doesn’t work anymore, I’ve changed my iPhone 14 Pro when it worked to the iPhone 17 pro, now it doesn’t work anymore, I assume its because of the Bluetooth upgrade on the iPhone 17 pro, please make an update.

September 1st, 2025, finally an update to the app has fixed the connection issues and now works as it should, for people who are still experiencing issues, first turn off light at the wall, wait 1min, open the app click the + to add device then make sure to press the on/off toggle to on within the app, now turn on the light at the wall, press the button with the device name and the on/off toggle, click connect, and your light should flicker meaning you have a connection between device and app, hope this helps.

Behaves like a fake app
Basically don’t do anything. Just fake connect, fake controls. I’ve tried with the power off for 30 seconds and nothing happens

J’ai téléchargé cette application suite à l’achat de ventilateur de plafond, elle ne fonctionne pas du tout. Elle ne détecte aucun appareil. Application, inutile.
Cannot control via OIS
Nice quiet fan and light is bright enough. PROBLEM: Have downloaded app, but that is it. Can’t control the device with phone. This is a shame as it’s the only way to use the timer do fan/light switches itself off. Will uninstall now as useless.😢
Doesn’t connect
I tried to connect it, but it doesn’t work so the point is I tried to connect it but it just doesn’t work it works by the remote, but it doesn’t work by your phone. It doesn’t even have the right option.

This app needs a urgent update because I’m unable to connect with my ceiling fan, also helpful information on how to do this would help, at the moment don’t even bother downloading this app, because it’s useless 😡😡

the light fan is great quiet, small, powerful. The app looks great intuitive, easy to download, That’s where we stop with the positives.

app doesnt actually function
nothing actually works, the scan qr code doesnt do anything besides freeze your camera and even when you get it in frame it never actually scans it, you cant connect to it via bluetooth it just wont connect at all so its entirely unuseable which just adds to the problem that the device i downloaded the app for which was a fan spins the wrong way forcing all the air upwards instead of downwards so it might as well not be on at all
