太煩瑣了
廣告太多。這app 能看餘額，轉帳，定存處理，就很好了。其餘的太複雜了。要不分成一個給小客戶日常銀行操作用，一個給大客戶作複雜投資用，不是很好嗎。不能期望每個人都是天才銀行家
無法使用
App 打開後怎麼點都無動進，這個狀況已經一個月了，嘗試更新系統也一樣

打開即卡住，ios系統，打開就停在首頁怎麼點都不會動，重新整理也一樣，真的會因爲網銀而改用其他銀行，都2026年了真的不考慮優化一下網路銀行嗎？！

Can’t use FaceID login
It’s been a few update versions, but the FaceID always fails. Every time after setting, the only route is still the general login! 1) none of FaceID prompts whenever open the app 2) even when manually choose Quick Login, the FaceID can’t work. Quite annoying!
Not intuitive
How do I even see my own account number? Should be very obvious but can’t find anywhere in the app.

設計的工程師自己有用兆豐的app嗎？真的非常難用，介面很像十年前的。可以參考一下台新Richard是怎麼做app的嗎？已經快2022了，不敢相信這個app還停留在這樣的水平⋯

完全無法登入 卡在首頁 已經很久了 到底是發生什麼問題 舊版都好好的 可不可以再開放舊版 太傻眼了
