Please be assured that the subscription price and billing frequency are clearly presented at sign-up and require active confirmation before any charge is made, after which recurring charges are processed automatically based on that initial agreement. Since all transactions are managed securely by Apple, you can cancel the subscription and request a refund directly through your Apple account. To cancel the subscription on your iOS device, please open your device Settings, tap your Apple ID at the top, select Subscriptions, tap our app, and choose Cancel Subscription. To request a refund, please sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com, select "Request a refund" from the drop-down menu, choose your reason, and submit your request. To request a refund, please sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID, select "Request a refund" from the drop-down menu, choose your reason, and submit your request. To ensure you are not charged again, you can cancel the subscription by opening your iPhone Settings, tapping your Apple ID name, selecting Subscriptions, choosing our app, and tapping Cancel Subscription.
