Больше месяца не работает приложение.

Перестало работать приложение больше месяца назад. Поддержка только отписывается «На данный момент Ваш вопрос находится на контроле у разработчиков и требует немного больше времени для выяснения причин и устранение неполадки.»
Я не знаю ведется ли реально работа по решению моей проблемы… Я не могу через приложение ничего сделать с машиной, я не вижу её геолокацию и данные. Разработчики свяжитесь со мной пожалуйста.
