very good flight
good service. good price. i saw some comments here mentioned delay. i was never that unlucky to encounter a delay with this airline. all smooth. and the staff was good. food good too. only suggestion would be to remember me as a vegetarian so i don’t need to tell you every time.
Nice, but not fully functional
The app looks nice, and functions partially, but not fully. I was able to select my seat, but I was not able to fully check in. So I’ll just do it at the airport.

It is such a difficult app to navigate. Why is it so hard to create a user friendly app? It’s 2026 and it shouldn’t be this difficult to request additional luggage allowance. The customer service is also atrocious

The is the worst app! Requires users to register in order to check in. The one time code took forever to reach my email and by the time I received the code, it’s invalid and I have to send another code.

Awful app, after a while it shows “ today’s query has been reached “ and won’t let you do anything, it’s been over a day and is still saying the same to book seats. The website is also the same. What a waste of time

bug还很多，国际航班用护照的直接实名不了，非中国护照都出错，真是最差的航空公司app没有之一。

从来不评价，但这个App实在太垃圾了！护照买的机票，实名认证不了，只能身份证认证，找不到机票，没办法办理值机。浪费时间！垃圾！
一款机能停留在20年前的App
用这款App真是让人抓狂。界面设计一塌糊涂，操作繁琐复杂。动不动就卡顿，崩溃。功能少得可怜，而且极不实用。广告铺天盖地，还常常误点进去。客服服务态度差，解决问题拖拖拉拉。花了钱却得不到应有的服务，真是气人。希望开发团队能听到用户的声音，做出真正有用的改进。Overall，非常糟糕的一款App。

不知道能不能给出1星以下的评分，找个在线客户转人工服务，输入法反应极慢！想把一句话打出来要半天！ 消息发过去了，石沉大海，回复过来的牛头不对马嘴，对牛弹琴！答案一看就是复制粘贴的！还不如机器人的解答，至少机器人快！

吉祥航空观后感
头一次坐，感觉非常好，准点到达率极高，甚至都提前到达，非常棒，空乘服务人员态度非常和蔼，希望越来越好！
