This app tracks and ask for way too much just to do laundry!!

No app should ask for your bank account, identity, school to do a load. Do not trust this app. Worst part they force you to use it and charge processing fees for something that could have just a card reader on a laundry load, etc.

Ate my money

went to a convenience store to put money on my account and it worked, but a couple hours later my balance was zero again!! reached out to tech support and never got a response

Laggy, Slow, and Terrible

Everything takes forever to use, and it is very inconvenient to use any of the features. Furthermore, one day it decided to log me out. Now I cannot use the app to use the money I put on my account. Would give negative stars if possible. Fix your poorly made app.
