403 again
My experience with the app started with a 403 error, which prevented me from placing any orders for about a week after I arrived in the country. I thought the issue was with my internet connection (even though I tried both mobile data and Wi-Fi). After several failed attempts to fix it, I deleted the app. However, on the advice of locals, I reinstalled it some time later, and everything worked perfectly. I was so relieved – I could order food faster and cheaper than with competitors, and I used the app 5–6 times a day, very satisfied.
Yesterday, I ran into the 403 error again and uninstalled the app. I'm disappointed that even customer support replies in Chinese, just like the entire interface. It's a pity the app isn't tourist-friendly – I'm switching to competitors.

Something happened and now it doesn’t work.
I have been using the app on and off for the past few months when traveling to China. The app was very easy to use. The only thing I would have changed would be to add English translation so I don’t have to translate everything manually. But then yesterday I started having issue where the app was saying my connection was poor, and some pages of my settings show 403 Forbidden. Now the app doesn’t work for me and even the help page shows forbidden. Pretty much worthless now. I see the app was updated 5 hours ago and it still doesn’t work.

每次支付完成都要求我上传身份证甚至现在变成关都关不掉了，放心没人想把个人重要信息分享给你们这种垃圾平台

Can not recognize/scan American passport
It allows to put in a couple of orders but the app completely stopped working with no browsing or ordering function if you don’t register with your passport. However when trying to register with my American passport, the app doesn’t really scan/recognize the passport, which is frustrating.

Terrible app experience.
The app requires users to send a verification code from their own phone number to complete verification. Unfortunately, I’m currently in China and cannot send an SMS from my Singapore number.
I contacted customer support, but instead of offering an alternative, they told me I had to call them for verification. Since I’m overseas, that’s not possible either.
The verification process is unnecessarily complicated and not designed with overseas users in mind. There should be alternative verification methods, such as email or in-app verification, instead of forcing users to send SMS or make international calls.
Overall, it’s a frustrating and inconvenient experience. I hope the developers improve the verification process to make the app more accessible for users travelling abroad.
