Во время покупки билета ввод на русском но перевод на кириллице, я не должен знать кириллицу в итоге в имени две лишние буквы . Сразу после оплаты я обратился смс на сайте и несколько звонков в эту компанию находчивых ребят где указал на ошибку перевода имени и попросил исправить баг в приложении мне отказано на протяжение полтора суток но предложили внести изменения за 3600 при условии билета в районе 2500.
В итоге за 800 рублей в аэропорту внесли исправления и о чудо я такой не один, я заменил трех пассажиров друг с другом не знакомых с похожими проблемами из чего я могу сделать вывод - это система обмана
До судебная претензия будет, в суд обращаться буду. Полтора суток нервы мотали оператор горячей линии и служба поддержки

Ребята, вы кажется не понимаете что значит предоставлять услуги по покупке билетов. Это полный цикл, БЕЗ ОБРАЩЕНИЯ В АВИАКОМПАНИЮ. Или мне как, писать в китайскую компанию Нихао, давайте забронируем места?

Prices might increase, indeed, changes might happen any moment as the settlment process if live and dinamic.
