Worst App
More slower than tortoise. Directing to a portal from app for generation of password and signing up should be removed. The same can be improved by allowing the user to generate it on the app itself.
One of the worst trading app
Not worth even a single star . If the organisation cared to see where others have moved , they will at least put some effort to improve to get a two star rating.

Most complicated app not user friendly, slow, backdated, customer support is not also helpful
Extremely poor UI
Please get a decent team of UI/UX designers to make the app user friendly. This is so poorly designed that even college interns can do a better job.
Totally ghatia app, no updates for years , UI is of year 2010
Idbi share capital is the app of late 1900s, no new updates or change in ui for 10-15 years. How don’t know what the bank thinks of its customers.
Outdated Below Par Presentation and Utility
1. Presentation style: Outdated and very boring. Boring colours and theme.
2. No Dashboard: In today’s world, every data is presented by way of Dashboard the moment we login. Users should access to their portfolio 1st.
3. Non Compatibility with IPhones
4. No alerts on WhatsApp for investments or upcoming IPOs etc
5. Lot is technical issues while applying IPO and not user friendly App

Very poor application
Very poor app, comparing idbi direct app with other trading apps like zerodha , HDFC, Geojit etc. you will find there’s lot that needs to be done to improve your app. Personally speaking IDBI direct is the last choice for me when it comes to dealing in stocks.
Developer must add common features like showing avg cost, total gains , days gains etc. IDBI CAPITAL should take this as a priority as this is the need of time- if you want to survive in this very competitive field.

Why are the CEO and CTO not held accountable for such poor performance of their app? How are they functioning with such poor customer support? Simply pathetic!

Once useful, now useless
There was a time when this app was very useful. Now it has become unreliable due to its poor functionality. Most of the time, it is giving error message, saying data not found. So, placing timely order has become dicey, resulting in loss.
Also, suddenly the list of shares in demat balance is not in alphabetical order anymore, making it difficult to find any share easily. No reply to complaints sent via email or Twitter

Pathetic app
Can’t even check the demat balance and even when connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data still shows no internet, and even after complaining to customer care no improvement ,those people are also hopeless..
Logging out
The app keeps on logging out by saying session expired just after logging in. Pl fix it
Worst app interface
I never come across such poor and pathetic interface app in this segment, IDBI you need to revamp to user friendly user experience app for customers like us to use. After using this app I need cancel all my trading plan thru you.
Needs Major User Friendly Development
The App seems like it’s still in 2010. It’s very complicated to be honest & needs major updates such as placing the orders, portfolio management, options trading etc etc. Please do major R&D otherwise it’ll be of no use lately.

Not happy..Many bugs noted in updated version. Can’t enter decimal price in order .Keyboard issue.
