Scheduling frequently down, broken links
The scheduling feature is frequently down. I haven’t been able to schedule online or through the App for well over a month due to a “list out of bounds” error.
The link to the Store is also frequently down. Members are supposed to receive 15% off skincare products, but I’ve never been able to buy any, simply because the ability to shop online is so frequently broken and unavailable. This is the worst digital experience I have ever had.

Still garbage
You would think for a place that sells snake oil to desperate women, they would at least put forth an appt that lets to book appts easily. I hope they get sued and go bankrupt

They will charge you a no-show fee, even if their app messed up
I’ve made my appointment through the ideal image app and have canceled them on occasion more than 24 hours in advance. The last couple of times I have tried to cancel on the app. It shows me that it was canceled on my end, but the location never received the update from the app so they charged me a no-show fee, even though I’m with their policy. I have asked to be escalated and customer service treats me as a nuisance. It’s very frustrating, especially with the amount of money that I have spent to have the touchup service even after my plans have ended.

Automatic deletion without letting us know through email or cell phone
I wasn’t aware of me being deleted from this app didn’t get an email or text message or voicemail. I’m unable to login like if I wasnt ia customer at all.
Doesn’t work
The app is broken. Doesn’t allow you to schedule appointments. A clear bug pops up saying “index out of bounds: 0” when you try to schedule. Please fix.
Scam
Scammy service. Dishonest sales people will say anything to sell you a scammy contract. Ripped me off by thousands of dollars. Avoid Ideal Image at all costs. Looks like I'll need to be taking legal action .
App just crashes
Initially when you first get the app it works great but once it logs you out it’ll never work again

This app doesn’t work well at all. All it’s really good for is seeing your appointments. When I try and reschedule it never pulls up the monthly view when I change it from looking for appointments week by week. It definitely needs to get worked on or what’s the point in having it. It’s not like ideal image ever puts up real pricing.

Terrible app. Hardly ever works, and when it does, the options available are minuscule. It’s easier to call to make an appt- although recently when I called to book a laser hair removal touch of, I was told by the store manager that I could only book ONE WEEK out, because of a recent change to their policy. I’m extremely busy, and need to plan and book further out than just one week. 👎🏼

The scheduling feature doesn’t work. If you click on the month tab, it still shows the week you are in. It doesn’t allow you to see future appointment dates.

Useless for appointments
App is useless when it comes to appointments. It shows you a week at a time and only goes one ahead; it has the option to show by month but it doesn’t work. Probably the worst app I’ve ever tried to use for appointments.
Don’t Bother
App no longer works. Won’t let me log in, won’t let me change my password. No one can help me. Absolute waste.
Actually terrible
My location told me to make it an account to manage my appointments, can’t even make an account because it says my information is invalid and when I call the 1-800 line at any hour of the day they’re unavailable.
The app wouldn't open up
The app is stuck at the loading page. It's showing a buffering sign with the following message since over 2 months now - "We're still setting a few things up...".
Initially I thought that maybe the app is down for a bit, but it'll be back up soon. But it's disappointing to see so much time pass by with no change.

This company is a scam!!!!
After closing all their Canadian locations, the company is refusing to refund their customers money for treatment already paid for. I am in the hole over $5000 for treatment I didn’t receive and now they are ghosting my calls and emails.
I cannot stress enough that you should avoid this company. I wish I had done more research before paying for treatment 😥 don’t repeat my mistake. If you are considering treatment, go literally anywhere else!

Won’t let me even register
Customer Service Representatives that hang up on you when you try to schedule an appointment and an app that won’t even let you register to see what times are available. Ridiculous.
Garbage
Terrible app. The UI is pretty good so it’s a shock at how bad the app actually is. Tried to schedule a touch up but the app doesn’t let me since I’ve “had a removal appt in the last 5 weeks” except that was for a completely different area. The app pretends to understand the difference between scheduling a regular appt vs a touch up but it actually doesn’t know anything. I don’t mind calling and scheduling but don’t advertise your app as an alternative to calling when I’ve not once been able to schedule an appt on it.
