Cannot register so therefore cannot use app.
Failure on basic login
I can login on the website fine . When trying to login on the app and entering an email address straight away it states the email has an account , entering the password then says unknown! In red. Next screen states you will receive and email and an area to enter a code. Email never comes. Emailed support. Disappointing

Constantly logs you out and then doesn’t allow you to log in?

Won’t even let me login in. Keeps saying my email address is already in use. Yeah it is, cos it’s mine!!! Dreadful.

Poor app, constantly passes you back you the browser then hassles you to to use the app which has has such low functionality 🤷♂️

Can’t view the full page. It cuts off either side, so can’t view account type. Have to view on a browser, so defeats the purpose of having an app. I hope you didn’t pay much to whoever developed this.
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t recognise my account, says my email, which is the login name, is not registered yet I can see my account ok on a laptop.
Very glitchy
I found this painful to use, it’s a glitchy app and frustrating to navigate.
Not working
Won’t let me login properly, doesn’t link to my account so can’t see my pets or the kind of account I have paid for (says basic). Consistently displays error as well. If it was possible to give 0 stars as I would as the app is totally pointless!

Doesn’t work
Can’t add a pet, just keeps bringing up error box, telling me I’m on basic and I’m not I’m paying for premium the app doesn’t work at all, no matter what I click on there’s an error box of some kind !!!
Awkward to odd with unethical charging
Does not work reliably on iPhone 15 Pro. Had to have several attempts to get data entered. Gives the impression that users have to pay to register; option not to do so is not very obvious - unethical especially as the UK Government already requires paying for the microchipping.
