Difficult to Get Help
Where in the app do you go to get help? It should be easy to find a number…

Can’t Get Help When You Need It
The day where I needed help finally came and I can’t get a hold of anyone. Why am I paying $30 a month?
One star for your attention:
I just got done trying aura’s 14 day free trial and I was impressed the same day that I downloaded that app. I also downloaded yours. And paying the money is worth it pretty much 90% of any what are you looking at this? We’ll see the price at $300. And if they already downloaded giraffe, they’ll just simply delete it and not give it any further further thought I can’t commit $300 to a service which I’m sure is every bit as good as aura is I wanted to compare the little differences between the two and I’m sure it would be a really close race, but I don’t normally write reviews like this. I would normally just email you. But I titled it one star for attention so hopefully someone serious about cyber security and reads this and doesn’t just pass you by I’m not gonna tell you how long you should you shouldn’t have your free trial, but I am gonna tell you by not having. A free trial of any sort and then if you listen to me and implement one, I’m gonna guess that the number of subscribers your service grows by a minimum of 25% over a three month period I mean what have you got to lose because come on only people who are really concerned about cyber security and not load into a false sense of said security and they’re looking into these services. They’re looking to drop the money either that day or within the next couple weeks. Anyways, just a penny for your thoughts.

I had a issue in the beginning and asked for help. Two days later I get a form letter response. They didn’t read my email. Back and forth, never fixed so I gave up. I don’t recommend.

I downloaded this app because I got tired of the spam text messages from these recruiters about employment opportunities. 1 month later I’m still receiving them. I’ll give it one more month and if it doesn’t stop I’m deleting it. $90 and there still getting through is upsetting

Took 50 days to notify about password leak
Today received notification from IG that it discovered a leaked password on the dark web. However, IG discovered is 50 days ago and only notifying me now.
Luckily that password has long since been changed but for the price and marketing promises I’d expect IMMEDIATE and URGENT notifications to empower users to secure our accounts promptly.
In checking their past notifications of dark web discoveries, I see that some take even longer for IG to send out notifications.
