This was easy to use on my iPad with driver’s license. Adding passport is easier with iPhone.

One point- it says you can check in to verify in person it says so on your site for individuals just click the link to verify in person but where is this link ? If you live in Quebec with no drivers license or passport you might only have a health card with photo but no address on card so how do you make it work?

Cannot Use Registration Code
I’ve used the app before. Tried to use it today to sign up for Gander & it wouldn’t take the registration code. No way to contact support and I don’t have a school email.

Works about as well as CPC
Had resisted downloading this app as I was a longtime CPC employee so had an inkling it would work about as well as CPC is run. Well, as suspected, I am unable to scan my passport because it was issued pre-2024. Holding the phone over the back cover does absolutely nothing except increase the phone holder’s blood pressure. I downloaded the app against my better judgement as I wanted to join the new Canadian social media app Gander, however I have had to give up that dream. Sigh

I have tried numerous times but cannot get past the face verification feature. I’m trying to use it for a specific organization that only uses this for verification. It is very frustrating.
Bogus app don’t scan international passport
Bogus app it do not scan 5th step if passport and animation is good for nothing, neither any other button provided to take scans looks like it is really on third party scan features that is dumb.

I can scan the front of my drivers license, but it will not scan the back of my drivers license. Same thing with the Medicare card.
Not optimised for compound or hybrid names
Anyone whose legal name goes beyond “Jane Doe” is in for a surprise. A name like “Jane-Marie Hannah Doe” renders as “Jane Marie Marie Hannah Hannah Hannah Doe”…components duplicated with apparent enthusiasm.

Document scan instructions
This app needs better documentation scan with phone instructions! For example: “hold the phone above the passport for not higher than 1 inch” to scan the chip would be helpful!
Is it legal?
Even the post office doesn’t accept this as ID nor does ICBC. Will the RCMP accept it at a traffic stop?

Can’t seem to make it work
I just can’t seem to make the scan for the back of my driver’s license to work. Front and back worked for my health card, but only the front works for my driver’s and it doesn’t let me complete my identification as a result.
