Aesthetics and name change
I came here to complain about how ugly this app is - I have to use it for work and it opens to a screen I never need and it’s so aesthetically in pleasing and disorganized looking that it jams my brain signals daily and I have to figure out which thing I’m even doing. I just want it to open to the passcodes since that’s all I need it for. Now that the name change happened, there’s no way I am gonna remember it to search for it in my phone which is additionally frustrating. Please consider the people forced to use this app! It’s not a fun way to start the work day.

Auto logo off issues post recent update
I have recently observed that after the recent update apps is auto log off every 4 or 5 days wherein I have to re enter the credentials , this app I am using for official purpose where I am getting the authentication to this app, if app gets frequently log offs what is the point in using this application

Unenrolling randomly
This app is useless. It keeps unrolling me and I have to call my Helpdesk to reenroll every day. Fix this issue ASAP.
Access doesn’t work on the go
I can no longer access apps on the go. It used to be a brilliant app, but it no longer is a viable option on the go.

App worked for a week and then somehow changed to a new program, that redirects to a new site.

Push notifications not functioning
Since one of the most recent updates in the past months, the app has not been sending me push notifications. I have to into the app to approve logins. Annoying!

I use this app everyday for work and it works every time. Quick to MFA with a variety of auth methods. Love it!
Doesn’t work
It says it works for ios12 and later but hasn’t been able to open up since I updated to ios18 on iPhone 16.

Works fine
I’m not sure why the reviews are so negative. This works just fine for me and pushes notifications to the Apple Watch just fine.
