The Idira® Identity mobile app (formerly CyberArk Identity) provides secure access to your organization's applications and resources from your mobile device. The Idira Identity mobile app provides the following benefits: • Workforce Password Management (WPM) to securely view, manage or copy web application credentials and secured item details on the go while keeping business secrets encrypted and protected. • Single sign-on (SSO) access to all cloud and on-premises applications while giving IT the security and compliance they need. • Multifactor authentication (MFA) via single-tap, one-time passcodes or push notifications to mobile devices and Apple Watches to better protect corporate data. Before you install this application, verify that your company licenses the Idira Identity service. To sign in, use the standard authentication credentials for the Idira Identity Security Platform.

FEATURES As an employee: • Add shifts during self-scheduling periods. • Request open shifts and trade. • View your schedule and request time off. • Clock in based on your location and get notified when there is a mismatch with your location. • View missed clocking alerts, clock in/out, sign off your timecard, and add/edit/delete clockings and calendars. As a manager: • View your employees' timecards, requests, exceptions, and contact information. • Correct a clocking or location mismatch by editing the schedule or clocking. • View missed clocking alerts and preventable overtime, approve employee clockings, calendars, and timecards, and add, edit, or delete employee clockings and calendars. • View hourly staffing levels to show situations that need immediate attention such as over or understaffing.
