This app is straight journey to identity fraud
Was told by a company to take selfie and download my ID on this app. Next day my same details were used to open a credit card account. Before downloading your details on this application just know they use your details for fraud and right now I have to deal with this debt because the bank claimed it is me

Clunky
Slower than another app I’d used for this process, seemed quite unable to read the passport chip and didn’t get quick notification that I was who I said I was!

They don’t cater for short-sighted people. I can’t read the on-screen prompts quickly enough. Then my time runs out. Another verification site used audio prompts. I sailed through the process. Also had several attempts at photographing my passport to suit their requirements.
Useless
Cannot read IDs - tried passports and licences in multiple lights and positions for me and my partner, complete waste of time and delayed our solicitors unnecessarily. Totally useless.
