Theres a huge bug on session
It keeps logging me out, relogin through Face Id & shows same dialogue & logs me out. Its frustrating to see a banking application having this such of bug that even Tester couldn’t figure it out.

Repeatedly login session issue.
Login issues
Even after entering the correct ID and password, it keeps showing “Your session has expired”. After trying 8 to 10 times, login is successful. This problem has been going on for a long time but has not been fixed till date. It is very sad that such a big bank is making an app that does not work properly.

Extremely Unreliable Banking App2
I am a regular customer of IFIC Bank. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the current performance of their mobile app service.
While the app works occasionally, most of the time (around 90%) it fails to function properly. Login issues, constant loading errors, and failed transactions are extremely frustrating for customers.
In today’s digital era, a bank’s mobile service must be reliable and stable. I sincerely hope IFIC Bank takes immediate action to resolve these issues and restore customer trust.

Worst Banking app I have ever used
Worst banking app I have ever used. When you confirm a transfer it doesn’t send you the OTP to the email and when you go to check your email the app says session timed out and you have to redo your transaction all over again. The app opens, then doesn’t load. Says session expired, logs in and says session expired again.
