Terrible Experience. Whenever I tried to login it says system error 😑😑😑 how come a e banking app could be like this. Very disappointing 😑
Not Happy at all with the service
Using many digital banking app. Among these IFIC bank app is the worst. Please, re-Develop the app for seamless transactions. We customers are facing a lot of trouble. You can take inspiration from EBL or CITY Bank app.

Poor app
Working smoothly but very poor app. Options are very less comparing to another bank app. No Bkash and Nagad transfer option and can't find any NBSP transfer option without IFIC. it's only suitable for check account balance nothing else.
This app needs to be improved!!
There’s tons of bugs and weird behaviour that app does sometimes, the ui looks very cheap! Not that user friendly yet! Please work on it. And improve the user experiences. Thanks

I have used SCB, city, brac, union, mtb, ibbl, dbbl, ebl, trust.
All are 1000 times better.
Even, a govt bank app: BDBL is much more good than this crap.
Apple should force remove this app.

A very bad app
It’s impossible to use. I have to go back to using my text messages to get any information on my account balance.
After every update it locks me out of the app. I have to set it up all over again and this presents new issues every time.
I got this app for my convenience, but it’s just adding more hassle. Sorry, I’m deleting it. I will try again some other time when I have more patience.

It’s just for Login and Logout?
I mean it’s showing there’s No Bank Account, No Card on my account or else, not even balance is showing for last couple of days.

This banking app has been the worst experience, starting from their layout to easy understanding for customers. They really need to bring it up to speed with 2023 and not be left at 1990’s.

This is the worst banking app I have ever used! Full of Bugs, UI is sluggish, not responsive, not useful app, You guys should be ashamed to release this app for general use, Fire all of your app developers and hire new developers CITY TOUCH , DBBL app are much better

The user interface and and the user experience is too much complicated.

This app will take you to stone age. Everything is messed up. No proper transaction history, No NPSB. Additionally, they are deducting money now and then at their will. Gonna close account soon

The system is very poor
It’s difficult to use because of slow service. The app takes too much time to open. The system must be updated.
Unstable & huge bug on apps
IFIC Itself a good bank with better policy in favour of customer. But there apps is so much unstable , lots of bug , technical error , slow loading, transaction failure etc .
If they can improve there apps as like city touch (from city bank ltd) IFIC would be unbeatable. Hope early improvement

Backdated UI
Need to modernise the overall UI of the app in IOS.
Login Error and Activation Failure
All the time login error after a long time. When try to activate at the last stage it’s also login failed as result can’t even activate the facility. Poor developing team.
