As an out of state landlord, this lock enabling me to give someone temporary access is making my life so much easier!

There’s not a repeating duration option where you can select multiple days on the same access, using the same code. For example, a dog walker arriving 4x/week at the same time each day during week 1, then being able to reset for 2x/week the following week.
The current repeating duration only allows for setting a duration on one specific day, repeating on that day every week (ie every Wednesday from 2-2:25pm). It does not allow the owner to set up the same code if setting access for the user for multiple days of use during a specified time frame.
I suppose this is for security purposes, but can be frustrating to have to set up several access PIN codes and days when it should be as easy as clicking multiple days with the same time, on the same access pin.

I cannot stress enough how poorly this app is designed.
This app could be used as an example of what not to do when making an app.
So many features missing and it wants full access to all your mobile data which is completely unnecessary for this app. 10/10 would not recommend

Range
Only works close to the house. It’ll be better if it can be used from far away to be able to open it to family members.

J'apprécie beaucoup le produit Igloohome, qui est fiable et pratique pour les arrivées autonomes. En revanche, il reste pour moi un gros point à améliorer : les intégrations avec les plateformes de réservation.
Aujourd'hui, seuls quelques channels sont compatibles. Comme la majorité des miens ne le sont pas, je dois créer chaque code d'accès manuellement pour chaque réservation. Lorsque l'on gère plusieurs logements, cela représente un temps considérable et fait perdre une grande partie de l'intérêt de l'automatisation.
Autre point décevant : après seulement 3 ans d'utilisation, l'écran de ma serrure est complètement craquelé. Heureusement, elle fonctionne encore, mais je m'interroge sur sa durée de vie. Pour un produit destiné à rester en extérieur, je m'attendais à une meilleure résistance dans le temps.
Si les intégrations étaient plus nombreuses et la durabilité de l'écran améliorée, ce serait un excellent produit. Aujourd'hui, je lui mettrais 3 étoiles sur 5.

Cannot set codes remotely using WiFi
I bought the bridge hoping that would give me remote access to the lock 24/7. It doesn’t.
Also I hate that the algo pin that I have to manually program is a NINE digit code and I cannot change it to four. Why??????

Lock is great app is terrible
The app RARELY opens the lock. You need to be connected to the internet to use the app to unlock the lock, even though they talk to each other only via Bluetooth. We just never use the app anymore, it’s better to manually do it

Customer service
I had an issue changing my PIN code and making changes on my app. The representative (Dave) walked me through every step slowly and took time to tell me how to access things. It took about 30 minutes but he was patient and I got my app and lock back working!!! I’m so thankful!!
