Detached handle lock

I have removed the door handle part of the lock box and now it is impossible to put it back. How can I make it work again? It is not letting me attach or detached the handle. Any recommendations, someone?

Great lock system, please add watch support!

The Bluetooth locks work great. It’s nice being able to control access remotely and with a phone. It would be handy if there was a watch app so I could still open the lock if I didn’t have my phone with me.

What does the Master Lock Vault Home app do?

This app allows you to use your smartphone as the key to your Master Lock Bluetooth Smart-enabled padlock and lockbox. You can unlock and lock your devices, share access with guests using digital keys or temporary codes, and receive important notifications.

How can I share access to my lock?

You can easily add and remove guests through the app. The lock owner has the ability to schedule guest access, allowing it 24/7 or for specific time-limited periods, providing greater control over who can access your lock and when.

What if my phone battery dies?

The lock batteries are replaceable. If the lock battery dies while the lock is in the locked position, you can jump-start it with an external battery to regain access and replace the internal batteries.

What information is included in the history log?

The 90-day history log captures detailed activity, including lock registration, unlock/lock events, the method used (Bluetooth or code), date, time, and user information. It also logs guest invitations, revocations, tamper alerts, battery alerts, and setting changes.

Is this app compatible with older Master Lock products?
