Detached handle lock
I have removed the door handle part of the lock box and now it is impossible to put it back. How can I make it work again? It is not letting me attach or detached the handle. Any recommendations, someone?

Great lock system, please add watch support!
The Bluetooth locks work great. It’s nice being able to control access remotely and with a phone. It would be handy if there was a watch app so I could still open the lock if I didn’t have my phone with me.

Remote access made easy
This lock does the job, easy to send codes. The app send alerts when lock is opened or wrong code entered.
It just unlocks

It would be nice if I could access this device remotely. Bluetooth requires proximity, but otherwise it works well for my needs.
Where are the instructions?
Just received my walk and very easy to set up on my phone. The one thing I don’t understand is there is no instructions on how to share this lock with other people in my office. Says that I have to download the app to get the instructions. I downloaded the app there’s no instructions anywhere then I find a link that says download the instructions. I print them off but it doesn’t say anything on how to get people codes so they can use the lock. Very frustrating

Great lock been using it for years and still working great
Problem adding lock from lock owner
I have an apple devise and have been told it is work to load. I have tried many times to add a camera from the lock owners link. No luck
Needs Extension for Apple Watch
Works well with my iPhone. Just wish it had an app for the Apple Watch. I don’t wear my iPhone when I work out but I do wear my Apple Watch. Touching my Apple Watch to unlock my locker would be great.

I think the app is so great but I think it might be more secure if you added Face ID. Overall it is a great app to secure my school lock password

iPhone 15 issues
I’ve never had any problems with the app and generating temporary codes for our Airbnb. However I’ve just upgraded my phone to an iPhone 15 and now the app doesn’t generate codes. What’s going on?
Good But Needs a Little More..
06/07/2024 update: I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email indicating that I would have the opportunity to be on a 30-minute Zoom call with a couple of folks from Master Lock’s product design/development team. We had a great conversation and it was very encouraging to know that Master Lock is listening to their customers with regard to how the product is currently being used, what works well, what doesn’t work so well, and any suggested improvements to the products. I’m hopeful that this great product can rise to excellent. Thanks to the product design folks for their time — it is much appreciated!
01/17/2024 update - - Any updates on a shorter than 8-hour window for temporary codes? - Updates on ability to assign unique temporary codes during the same time period (now restricted to one unique code per 8-hour window) - Reporting to reflect which unique code opened the lock (vs just the time that the current 8-hour code was used?). Thanks!

Needs to be connected to WiFi!
This is pointless with our WiFi or remote controls!
Works great
Just tried the free version using Schlage key that the number was stamped on the key. After doing the adjustment it worked great. Matched identically. Wish there was more then a few lock brands to pick from on the app as I would be interested in buying the full app, but need additional brands of locks not included on the full version. Master Lock being one of them. I have a lock with no number on it and I would like to buy a duplicate lock, but no number stamped on the key I have. I would be using the app to decode the key to buy duplicate locks
