I dislike this app a lot just got my robovac and it took me forever to get it to connect and nothing saves in the schedules
App has some major glitches
Device and app are both generally reliable. After sometime away from home, I discovered that the vacuum no longer appeared in the app and I was unable to add it back. Furthermore the support page in the app is blank. For a while, I felt very upset. I came to the App Store to leave a scathing review and that’s where I found a link to app support. Once I filled out the request for support and texted them, they came back to me right away and was able to get it working again after the first troubleshooting step which was simply to uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store

I wish I could set the suction power for the schedule instead of it always defaulting to standard.

The new update significantly improved things and everything works like it should.

This App is Trash
I’ve had this vacuum for over five years, and the app has always been garbage and continues to be garbage. The newest feature to be released in a “bug fix update” allows me to never run my vacuum in my house because the map always fails to load. Other notable features when I do manage to get it to load, is the vacuum does not respect the regions I’ve built and scheduled the clean, and will instead clean whatever room it feels like.
The vacuum itself is good, but it needs the app and its absolutely useless Stay away from this product, you will only receive disappointment.

Easy to Use but Buggy
The overall app is great. It works well with the robot and allows for a much easier time cleaning. You should definitely have the app paired with the cleaning bot.
However, there are some issues that occur frequently when I use the app. My map resets completely at times, disconnects the bot, and has never made any regions besides one time before the map reset again.
The biggest issue is the map resetting. The map auto resets if the bot loses its position, you reconnect the bot, or you move the bot somewhere far away from the recorded map. But those conditions don’t even have to be met for the bot to just reset my map for no reason. It was cleaning at one point, gets stuck, so free it from where it was stuck, move it maybe 3 inches away from the place it got stuck at, and resume the cleaning. And then the map reset. This was at a point where literally every spot in my house was mapped out, so it shouldn’t have been lost at all.

The App is Terrible
The app is so terrible it should not even be a feature. My robot use to be controlled using the app. Then the app did an update and now my robot doesn’t even follow the commands from the mapping I created using the app. I can’t see the maps I created anymore. Not worth downloading
New update is terrible
My main issue is with area clean. Now it’s almost impossible to setup area clean. I loved the way it was before. PLEASE FIX IT.

Mostly useless
This app regularly doesn’t work. The vacuum disconnects, it doesn’t run routines, you can’t get it reconnected unless you offer your firstborn as a sacrifice and it accepts. Overall terrible app and a mediocre vacuum when it works at best.
Good but some glitches
When I first got my vacuum the app worked well. In the last year the app now has a few issues. The map acts weird and will not load correctly. This makes it difficult to make boundaries. If this was fixed app could have 5 stars
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE APP
The vacuum works fine if all you’re interested in is using the remote. Forget the app! I’ve never worked with an app so FRUSTRATING!!!!! Everything everyone is commenting on about how horrible this app is, is true. From being slow and sluggish, to maps loading and then just disappearing. Creating boundaries to clean or not clean is so hard and then if you do get a boundary created, the vacuum still wants to clean everything. I’ve spent so much time emailing support, telling them they need to read these comments. Bottom line…CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOESN’T CARE!!!!
To sum it up, the last email I received from them, they were trying to blame my iPhone for the reason the app wasn’t working. I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max with 512 GB of memory and my iPhone is only using about 1/3 of that memory.

Nothing but problems
The app is completely useless. Pixelated map makes separation of regions impossible. The map management function only saves 1 map. Vacuum is constantly losing the WiFi connection. When it does work it gets confused and rotates the map 20 degrees and then remaps over the top of the old map so nothing is in order. Save your money and buy a normal vacuum cleaner, you will be a lot happier and have a lot less frustration.

Can’t connect to Nova S1 Gen1
I can’t connect to my Nova S1 Gen1. I get to the WiFi part, connect to the WiFi network, and the app never registers it. Impossible.
Great but needs adjusting
Everything‘s good I love the I love that it’s live with the vacuum. I love that it’s that it’s on time. It’s please update word because every time I want to adjust the suction is vacuuming. I usually get it on edge cleaning and I don’t want it on edge cleaning and then I have to redo all the all the cleaning so and plus can you please update the app for where it’s more live and it’s faster because it’s so slow to load and can you make it more live or more live

Vac firmware doesn’t recognize vac is fully charged and won’t update
Always broken
Ever since this one update it’s like they have been slowly and intentionally taking away the functionality of my product. Now I can’t even login. The vacuum mechanically is fine it runs. I think they’re breaking it with there software on purpose.
