Worst delivery service
If you miss their call or if you are in a different location than the order location, they are gonna inform you that the delivery will not be possible cause you missed their call!!! Probably it is the supplier who deliver it but i think ikea dubai should work with better delivery supplier who are not rude and completely useless!

Trying to make an order, in a checkout window doesn’t let me choose time of the delivery despite that even pay for the order saying “Field "setTimeSlotOnCart" of type

Lack of history record
As Im a returning costumer to Ikea sometime I need to check my previous records,unfortunately Ikea app and website does have this features. even though through the email all the information I have received without the picture of the item. I hope ikea can improve their website shopping experience for more efficient ways.

I would love to be able to buy plants as well but it’s not possible to order online, which is very disappointing.!! unfortunately only artificial plants available to deliver not the real one ☹️
Best of Everything in One Store
I love shopping at Ikea. The staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The variety of products and quality means I don’t need to drive around to different stores. The prices are reasonable and the delivery and assembly staff is simply amazing and efficient.
