Great app!
Easiest lock set up I have ever experienced. App works flawlessly. App interface could use a facelift for aesthetics only, but regardless I’m a happy customer.

Does not work as advertised
Cannot connect with any smart devices i.e. Alexa or Google. There is nothing in the help or FAQ to address this. So one star for app functionality. As a general key pad lock they are attractive and have a slim profile. So one star for the hardware.
App is junk
Just purchased lock and downloaded the app that it says. Then app says to download new updated app and it won’t connect. Does nothing. What a complete joke. Update.3/13/25. Developer messaged and said issues are fixed.Please update to new version. Still same problem. Won’t let you do anything. Just like everyone else’s responses. Mind blowing!!!!!!
