Not sure what the bad reviews are going on about! The app is easy to use and very straightforward. Had no issues connecting and setting up my A30 Pro. The mapping feature was easy to find and worked flawlessly. Adjusting various settings on the vacuum was clear and made sense. So far, quite satisfied with both the performance of the app and the vacuum.
Oh. One minor point of feedback: the Alexa skill is bugged and won’t connect. Please fix!

Simple and clear
I saw the other bad reviews and maybe they’ve just improved the app since then but in my opinion it was really easy to set up. The booklet is a bit more clear than the app, but fine. The mapping is great, I’m using the T20s and the app helped it label all the rooms and I was able to create custom cleaning plans so now I have a deep clean and a light clean plan set up. Could be a better UI, but I think it does what it needs to 😄

Am I lost? Why is there no mapping on this app?

I do not understand the need for a new app on a different/newer model instead of just upgrading the existing one. I have a V9 and T20 and ended up using iLife Clean app for T20s. This app also does not connect to Alexa as it claimed.

My T20s does not respect the forbidden zones. It requires me to watch the machine to keep it away from wires or rooms that I don’t want it to enter. I don’t know if it’s the app that’s at fault or the T20s. Very annoying.
Not intuitive
After struggling with the app, I finally muddled my way through it and got everything setup and working. It seems to do the job but is not intuitive and requires some patience to figure out how to do it properly. The faqs are terrible and there is no real support online. But again, it does the job.
Horrible app
I have the ilife A10 vacuum robot and it works well with the Ilife "HOME" app. But if you're using any newer models like the A20s it forces you to use this app. So another app, another account, another thing to manage.
