No longer working after iOS upgrade to 17.1.1
I upgraded both my iPad and my iPhone to iOS 17.1.1 and I can no longer use the mobile app. I’ve tried to report this but I am simply told there’s not a problem it must be me.
Can’t access account
Outdated compared to other banks and credit unions. Frequent app issued. Limited features
Fix it
It does the bare minimum and it’s always messing up when you have to validate your login. Now you have to call the bank for them to reset it. How about fix it. This happens a few times out the year kind of annoying when your trying to get into your bank account.
Often Unreliable
At least once a week when I try to login you’ll get hit with a “unable to validate your login information” message and it lasts all day. And it always happens during the weekend so you can’t even call to get any help at all. It’s like they just shut the app down during the weekend. Can’t even check balances or anything when this happens and it’s frustrating
