Lost my status
I lost everything with the new app. I complained to customer service and all they said was, lucky you, you get to be a rewards member starting from the beginning again! When I had reached top status. And had perks and hearts and all of it. Ugh.
Non è migliorata
Nonostante esista la nuova versione e io l’abbia aggiornata ad ogni apertura il mio iphone chiede di ri-aggiornarla. Non funziona bene. Mi spiace.
Ottima e pessima insieme
L’App è attraente e - per quel che l’ho usata - facile da usare: molto comoda per caricare gli scontrini degli acquisti fatti nei negozi Illy. Però pessima se vuoi vedere il saldo cuori: il mio era inchiodato da oltre un mese su 700, mentre ho scoperto - grazie all’assistenza via WhatsApp - di aver superato quota 4000! :-D
