Lost my status
I lost everything with the new app. I complained to customer service and all they said was, lucky you, you get to be a rewards member starting from the beginning again! When I had reached top status. And had perks and hearts and all of it. Ugh.

Nonostante esista la nuova versione e io l’abbia aggiornata ad ogni apertura il mio iphone chiede di ri-aggiornarla. Non funziona bene. Mi spiace.
Ottima e pessima insieme
L’App è attraente e - per quel che l’ho usata - facile da usare: molto comoda per caricare gli scontrini degli acquisti fatti nei negozi Illy. Però pessima se vuoi vedere il saldo cuori: il mio era inchiodato da oltre un mese su 700, mentre ho scoperto - grazie all’assistenza via WhatsApp - di aver superato quota 4000! :-D

One of the worst Apps I have ever used.
Just doesn’t work
One of the worst apps I’ve come across for many years. Just doesn’t work at any level.
Awful
Go through the process, will not let you review order on PayPal, so then abort.
Useless
I have been using the apps for a few months, it works well but there is an issue when trying to pay with PayPal, I can login in in my PayPal account but your app won’t let me finish , and I have to go on the website to place an order , very very frustrating and that make the app useless

Dämlichkeit
Das ist wirklich die dämlichste App, die ich seit Jahren gesehen habe. Wie man es schaffen kann mit einer Marke eines solchen Renommee einen solchen Bockmist zu produzieren, ist wirklich außerordentlich. Man kann weder seine Maschine hinterlegen. Noch kann man in irgendeiner Art und Weise Kaffee bestellen man kann Herzchen sammeln, aber mit denen kann man dann auch gar nichts anfangen, weil man eben gar nichts bestellen kann. Man wird auf die Website weitergeleitet. Da wiederum findet man in dem entsprechenden Fenster seinen Warenkorb gereinigt eine Katastrophe

Mise à jour
Application très bien présenté et utile, mais elle manque cruellement de mise à jour, beaucoup de bug et de latence. Si vous faites une grosse mise à jour digne de ce nom vous serez à la hauteur de nespresso !
Disappointing app
This app provides no value. I cannot order food / beverage items for pickup in advance and there is no rewards program for in-store food / beverage purchases. I deleted this app.

Malgré les mises à jour, faite sur votre application, il est toujours aussi compliqué d’accéder aux commandes et aux abonnements en cours.

Die Bezahlung über PayPal funktioniert nicht. Somit ist diese App unbrauchbar.

Vorrei segnalare che l’applicazione non funziona bene nel momento in cui si individua una punto e si seleziona l’opzione delle indicazioni per arrivarci.

Why not test this app?
The last app was awful, it forgot you each time you log in making heart collecting futile, shopping was not possible and kicked you out to the website , logging you out in the process. I was hoping that these issues were resolved, but they are not. Really not worth downloading, just head to the website for capsules. Great coffee, terrible IT.

Funktioniert nicht
Unmöglich zu bestellen, die App ist nur noch ein Layer zur Webseite und der Paypal Flow funktioniert nicht , somit kann ich nicht bestellen da trotz der erfolgten Paypal Autorisierung die App davon nichts mitbekommt und die Bestellung nicht abgeschlossen werden kann. Bestehende Treuepunkte sind auch verfallen . Schade.
