Doesn’t work anymore
The app does not work anymore. It asks for an update, but the revamped app isn’t available in the UK App Store
Just doesn’t work
When I open it, it gets stuck on a red screen and then it crashes. Totally worthless and a waste of space.
Canada???
Why does this app default to Canada for my country? Is there not an app for the US?
Best Coffee
I absolutely love being a part of the Illy family. Great tasting coffee every time.
Great coffee terrible app indeed
The website isn’t much better. I am stuck in a perpetual loop of having to acknowledge T&C’s and then the process fails. Ordering online Apple Pay doesn’t work. 25% off site wife doesn’t apply to the cart. Interface between Illy and PayPal fails most times.
Doesn’t work
It literally doesn’t work. No matter how I try to log in it just gives me an error. I’ve checked all my settings and network connections. Even tried creating a new account. It doesn’t work.
Terrible app
It will drive you away from coffee to vodka or something similar. Very frustrating and buggy. Their web/site is not much better. Good coffee though.
A pain to use
Sign up was difficult and it failed. Doesn’t play well with password managers.
Nice App
App seems to have worked out some issues others have mentioned. I find it responsive, easy to create an order and useful to see what is going on with Illy.
Useless App
Anything that you’d want to do in the app just doesn’t function, and/or just redirects you to the website. Managing or placing orders or subscriptions is not worth the time or effort on the app. Just skip the headache and use their website.
Favorite Coffee
I first had Illy in Italy and fell in love. I do notice if I buy from Amazon the coffee beans do not taste the same, seems maybe old. When we buy at Sur La Table it tastes so much more fresh. I decided to go directly to Illy. The app was easy to use so far. I started a subscription. I collected hearts. I will definitely come back to review if I find it hard to keep track of my subscription or make changes. Most likely a learning curve but so worth good fresh coffee.

Illy developer is unaware of a problem
If I try to enter my email address (to sign up for the Illy newsletter), the reply button completely obscures the email field, and I cannot continue the process. At this point, I must relaunch the App Store app, and start over. (Assuming that I want to see additional apps).
Can’t get past the privacy policy.
Looks like simple sign up for a coffee company myself and most others would deem great coffee. However, I could find no promise not to sell my information. That is NOT a privacy policy. I’m out.

Having downloaded and registered, I now can’t order coffee, it simply hangs and won’t let me order! You need to sort it out!

This app is not as easy to use as it should be.

One of the worst apps I’ve experienced. Never works. It’s like they actively want to stop you buying their coffee.

Bugs
I was excited thinking they finally fixed the bugs! Nope I can’t open the “subscription” tab, so now I can’t change my order at all!!
Excellent coffee but terrible app
Apple Pay NEVER works regardless what credit card. Ordering coffee requires 4 steps and 4 pages - lol and it is not even handled within the app but as background webpage. You should shut down this app to avoid annoying your customers! Extremely slow and outdated app - this was maybe acceptable 10 years ago. Utter junk app.
