Decent app but missing pull down refresh?
Only started using today and found everything I need easily. But there is no way to pull down and refresh account? Seems to be the only thing missing so far

I have been with IMB since I was knee high to a grasshopper and in all that time ( I am 76 now) only once did I have a problem and that was years ago. And that was my sisters fault!
They have fantastic staff, always willing to explain things when I feel out of my comfort zone and I have very little finances but they still treat me with kindness and respect.
If anyone out there needing to get back to old fashioned customer service then change over to IMB. AND I GET TO TALK TO PROPER English speaking humans and none of this hanging on the line to force you to hang up.
They answer their phones, they listen, they hear and they help, always. Something very special in this day and age. And if you mention my name, well I am not certain if that would help or hinder but you never know, at least I may get a thank you!

I have updated this app each time and nothing helps. I want to look through my past transactions for the last few days or weeks and it gets to a point where it just brings you back to the top of the list of transactions. Like it’s faltering. Can someone please fix this issue. Waiting for a statement isn’t something I want to do each time. We get paid monthly and I need to check to see what has come out of the account and what still needs to. It’s driving me mad nit being able to see our transactions.

And now it doesn’t work. Thanks and get stuffed. There is no update option to iOS 16 on this iPhone 7. So your statement in your response was incorrect. Obviously your organisation does not support inclusiveness for all members. In a time we’re people live out of there phones. I find this unacceptable. Ironically my other banking app from the big 4 still works like a charm. IMB already told me to just use a web based pc. I will try to plug my desk top into the cigarette lighter when I’m on the move.

Don’t bother
I spent 25 years as a loyal customer for them to refuse to take my business at a critical moment in my life. Another bank took my business no problem. The app is very generic and doesn’t hold a flame to modern banking apps.
Change to app
Since the app has been updated I haven’t been able to pay any bills online. When the screen comes up I put in the account name and the persons b pay info but I am not able to put any amount in that box. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalled it but made no difference.
