App won’t login
Purchased coverage earlier today; registered then successfully logged-in on my desktop; downloaded the App but it refuses to login w/known good credentials on my iPhone 17 Pro. Uninstalled/reinstalled, reset to a different password, but still no joy. Customer “service” replied “the only help I can offer is a guide” (which gave no new info). I can login on my phone via the browser so that’ll be my main point of access when traveling. Terrible App!

Don’t even bother with this app.
I can’t even log in to the app to use it, as it won’t recognize my credentials. I even tried resetting my password to see if that would work, and no joy. Would leave zero stars if I could. I’ll just have to carry the company’s phone number with me when I travel, and hope that if I need to use it, they’ll be able to find me in the system.

Can’t log in
I created an account and went to login and it tells me I’m using the wrong combination of username and password, which are both cached and auto populate. So I’m not entering anything incorrectly. Then I’m stuck in a loop trying to reset password because it does t recognize my email address even though I received an email from them. I can’t determine the username (which I know) because I can’t access my member id, which is required and only accessible once logged in, to receive the user name. This is literally a maze of madness. Whoever designed it also invented the fun house, house of mirrors. Unbelievable.

App shots off
The app doesn’t perform well. It lets you log in but after making any selection it shots off. Not a good app and the same happens to their website. Information has been done only through phone call.

Extremely Disappointed – Will Be Sharing Feedback with Prudential
Prudential is our company’s vendor for multiple benefits, including emergency travel assistance through their partnership with IMG. This is my first time downloading the IMG app, and I’m extremely disappointed—it's essentially non-functional. You can’t even add a trip, which defeats the entire purpose of the app. This is a valuable service, and it's frustrating that IMG hasn’t put in the effort to make the app usable. I plan to share this experience directly with Prudential, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise meaningful benefit, and perhaps the need to revisit the partnership.

Whoever created this app should be fired. Just downloaded the app and cannot add any trips to this.
Not Sure This App is for IMG Health
This app appears to be associated with International Medical Group insurance; however, I cannot seem to log into the app using the MyIMG account. It seems to want to login to the account but immediately throws back a message that I am being logged out for security reasons and I should log in again. It also looks like the app was last updated a month ago according to the App Store information displayed. If I tap on App Support I am directed to a credit card shopping coupon serviced instead of a developer help site. Really odd and seems sketchy at this time. Cannot recommend at this time and who knows if it will be functional in time for our upcoming trip overseas.

Horrible insurance
I never reviewed in a app and the service. It’s just that I’m am very frustrated the service of this company. I have my card, all my information to use to register into teladoc, gives me a lot of error, also it’s connected to United Healthcare and try to register the account give me lots of error, tried to call each one of them and it all goes back to this IMG insurance. For 2hrs of talking and register just to have a phone visit. It’s giving me a headache. It’s like they do not want me to use their insurance when needed. Don’t give people a hard time using your service. This is not the first time happens to me. But this is the first time for all talking to customer service. Nothing happens.

Bugs. Please fix!
Bottom of dashboard shows alerts with a number and it looks like there are items underneath, but it don’t slide or allow you to click on it. The number showing doesn’t equal what I see on the dashboard? Perhaps a tour and no unnecessary things that appear like they SHOULD be click- able
