AVOID - Unreliable and unfair charges
Avoid this app, especially if you’re booking an airport transfer.
I pre-booked a taxi to the airport well in advance, only for the company to cancel the booking at the last minute. We had no choice but to arrange another taxi so we wouldn’t miss our flight.
To make matters worse, they then sent a taxi anyway—after we’d already left—and are now trying to charge me for it. They cancelled the original booking, arrived too late, and still expect payment.
This is completely unacceptable. If your service fails to honour a pre-booked airport journey, you shouldn’t be charging customers for your own mistake. I won’t be using this app again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone relying on a taxi for an important journey.

Lost phone Mykonos
On Tuesday September 16 2025 whilst getting dropped off at Scorpios my friend accidentally left her phone in the taxi. I immediately contacted the customer service department who were very attentive and reassuring.
I would like to say a special thank you to the man whom I spoke to on the phone and an even bigger thank you to our driver FAISAL!
He is a very honest and lovely human being who drove all the way back to Scorpios to deliver the phone. I will never forget this genuine act of kindness and honesty. It was my first time in Greece and hearing over imove and honestly I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them next time.

Best way to get around in Mykonos
Excellent company, the most reliable in Mykonos. I lost an item in their car and they promptly returned it the next day, communicating over WhatsApp.
Rip off and Incompetent Riders
$36 Euro for $15 Euro ride by Taxi. Drop no where near location. Complete garbage app.
Rubbish
Useless. Ordered a cab, searched for two hours, eventually cancelled. Called a local cab company, came in 5 mins and half the price the app quoted.
Taxi service Mykonos
The drivers have very large vehicles and are polite friendly and arrive on time and better than their competition out there .
Perfect alternative to Uber
This “mom and pop” app effectively does everything Uber does but organized to the island. Drivers are all super friendly and unlike uber (where the driver decides), this service owns the vehicles and deploys them for better access. The cars and drivers were all clean and safe. A NO BRAINER and thanks to management for bringing alternatives to uber!

Worked Great, great drivers
Just like Uber, you can pay with credit card - select “pay at terminal” option. Set up default tips or carry Euros. Can also schedule ahead! So happy to have found this app :)
Unbelievably inaccurate ETAs
I’m not entirely sure about all these other positive reviews on this app but as far as I’m concerned, you don’t mess with other people’s time…
I called my taxi at 8 o clock in the morning as I had to be somewhere at 9, knowing there was a possibility of slight delays but I figured an hour in advance for a 15 minute trip would suffice…I was wrong…
I’m not going to get into all of it but the moral of the story is…don’t show me the estimated time of arrival getting lower and lower up until 1 minute when I can clearly see that the driver is still 20+ minutes away and barely moving. I missed my appointment by a long shot.
Wouldn’t recommend unless to don’t have to be at your destination at a specific time…

We used in Mykonos and Rome
I ran across this service via a Google search while in Mykonos. It was very easy to use and we were able to get an amazing Mercedes van to transport our 9 passengers.
I was happy to see it also works in Rome and we used it exclusively while there because the MoveIt app was too confusing!
We also booked through them for transport to the airport in Rome for 9 people and 14 bags. This required 2 vans. When I booked 2 vans, they immediately texted me to verify, which I appreciated. The next morning, our flight was delayed with enough notice for me to cancel our original reservation and reschedule a new pick up time. They were very understanding and accommodating.
The app is easy to use and easy to follow your driver. We also appreciated that we could pay via the app.
This service was a life saver for us in Mykonos and Rome!

So easy to order and get around Mykonos!
Fast and convenient
Using iMove in Mykonos and have really enjoyed it. Prompt and responsive. Highly recommend it!
Totally useless in Athens
I tried to use it three separate times (twice in the centre and once near the beach route) in Athens and at none of these could the app find available drivers.
Some weird connectivity issues
I am visiting Paros from the USA with T-Mobile and a high speed data plan. My phone connects to COSMOTE. I am getting 5G connections. I could surf the internet,iMessage, WiFi calling, but iMove would complain “no internet connection”. I had to poach someone’s WiFi to use the app. Cellular data was on. Maybe the developers could look into this. Otherwise it worked great and I was able to get around with ease. Sorry for the taxi drivers.

Taxi No Shows
We downloaded this app based on reviews on this site while in Athens. We booked 2 taxis at 2 different times and both were no shows. Good thing we gave ourselves plenty of time to walk to a taxi stand. Don’t trust this app in Athens.

The app is great but #1 scam in Greece if you give / use your credit card. Very well known that iMove does fraudulent charges with card #s. Pay with cash ALWAYS.

Amazing prices on Greek Islands, great cars and always quick! Really a life saver if you’re visiting Greek islands this summer. Highly, highly recommended!
Can’t get past the profile
The app is glitchy. It won’t let me past the profile. It says enter a referral code if you have one, I leave it blank, it gives me an error saying I need a phone verification code which I did on the previous page. I try that code from the previous page. It doesn’t work. No code is sent. It’s just stuck. Deleting app.
