Super convenient and easy to use!
I love how the IMPAK app makes it to submit service requests and track updates of the maintenance crew at my building. It has made communication with my property team so much easier. Highly recommend!

Speed
If you’re in a hurry, this isn’t the app for you. Takes forever to open and load. And forget about attaching pictures, that is the most painfully slow process.

Could definitely be better
This app does it’s job. You’re only here to download the app because you use IMPAK for your work orders and PMs already, so you know what to expect from the site.
But I think the app is in real need of a UI update and simplification. Also, for crying out loud allow an option for push notifications when work orders and other things are assigned to us.
