Password reset issues
I created a password and saved it in my password manager. Upon trying to login I got an invalid username or password message. Clicked the reset password link and it took over 12 hours for the link to arrive in my email
Tried creating a new password and after hitting the confirm button all I get is a spinning circle.
Have reached out to support and hope they’ll be able to help me.

Easy to Use
I like how easy to use this app is. Make it simple to see my readings and devices.
Password Issues
Every time I try and sign in with my password that I wrote down and took a photo of, it says password not valid. I have had to change the password 6 times since yesterday. When I try and reset I get an error message so I delete the app and reinstall . Then I can change password, However when I try and sign in, says password not valid . Also the app shakes up and down when trying to sign in . The support link here is useless. Will only take me to sales.
