I like how easy to use this app is. Make it simple to see my readings and devices.
Password Issues
Every time I try and sign in with my password that I wrote down and took a photo of, it says password not valid. I have had to change the password 6 times since yesterday. When I try and reset I get an error message so I delete the app and reinstall . Then I can change password, However when I try and sign in, says password not valid . Also the app shakes up and down when trying to sign in . The support link here is useless. Will only take me to sales.

You should be able to sign in with your current password without any issues going forward. If you run into anything else - please reach out to our support team!
