Phenomenal Customer Service & Refund Support

I was unaware that I had still been signed up for a subscription, and as a result, I was charged $74.99. I promptly reached out to Imprint’s customer service and was helped by multiple great people. I ended up getting the money charged back to my account the next day. It was genuinely seamless. Thanks!

STOP lying in ur ads

saw an ad on instagram calling it an app for “learning anatomy” so sure. downloaded, took the little quiz. 0 anatomy course. hmm ok I’ll try something else. BAM $75/year to do literally anything ..? At this point please just make the app cost money to download instead of acting like it’s free or something else that it isn’t. great potential. terrible marketing.
