No avenue for feedback or bug reports

Horrible app that fails to give users any avenue for feedback or bug reports. It’s as if the developers to take what they give you and shut up. No complaints or questions!!!!!!

Please update this app

It was working fine the first 7-10 times I used my iNAP and now it won’t move on from the time I used in on Dec 16, 2024… it won’t record any more data like it’s stuck in the past. I tried deleting the app, re-adding the device, and nothing seems to be working.
