Cannot click verify
Trying to go through the code verification to reset password or login, but after entering the code the number pad won’t go away so i cannot click the submit/verify button. This is your latest app i just downloaded to my iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 36.5.2.

Hello, this is InBody. Please make sure Apple Health Sync is turned on in InBody app > More, and that all InBody permissions are enabled in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Health. If the issue persists, please reinstall the app and set up the sync permissions again. Please note that only measurements taken after enabling sync can be transferred to Apple Health.

Can’t register
Have tried to register for the app but can’t get past inputting my phone number. Would be great to use the app but literally can’t access it. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Does not respect apple privacy policies
I am forced to use my personal email, even if I try to use Apples sign in, it won't accept the anonymised email address generated by apple, they want your personal one. This is not the norm, other applications never do this, and it reads as "we want to be able to spam you", as you would have no way to stop them

Every time I launch app, there is an error message that suggests to sign in again.

Cannot Log In
I love the Inbody as a tool but I can’t get logged in.
App Not Working
Downloaded the App today and can’t get logged in, a friend has an older Version of the app and I can sign in no issues with her app !
I’m about to crash out
I have tried to register with my phone number on the app. The next button does absolutely nothing. I tried to go through Apple and Google sign ins too. I even tried the password reset to check if my number was being used. The app is broken currently so I can’t use my device until it is fixed. I’ve contacted every number/email I could find online. I even used their ai assistant they have on their support page. Really frustrating to have a required app device and the app doesn’t let you register so I can’t use the device until this is fixed. Incredibly disappointing since I ordered the think weeks ago and now it’s here I have to wait longer.

Unable to register
Trying to register as my gym uses this scanner, I input my phone number and the next button does nothing
Next button doesn’t work
I’m trying to register, but the next button doesn’t work. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still doesn’t work no matter what I try even a password reset the next button doesn’t work
