Geolocation is not accurate.
App says I’m not at my local gym when I am, therefore I don’t credit and when I don’t get credit, I don’t reimbursed the $20 a month I’m due. For example, several instances the app says I was only “at” the gym for 1 minute (must be there for 30 to count). My gym has records of the days I’m there but not the duration so I can’t prove I was.

This new upgraded app sucks it’s not logging my gym activity I spent a hour at gym only for the app to say attendance not accepted it’s done it three times. And it forces you to share your location 24/7 not just when using the app which before this new app update I had no issues

Downloaded this app for work incentives. I can’t connect any outside tracking apps, it quits suddenly and reverts to the main page after each click. Keep my, ‘up to $400 in savings,’ because my sanity is worth so much more.
Constantly crashes
I just downloaded this app that replaces the old IncentFit app. I opened it and it just refreshes and refreshes and nothing ever fully loads.

Where to start? I download receipts as pdfs but this only accepts photos from the photos app. I denied permission for photos the first time I tried using the app, then went into the Photos app settings and changed that. However, the Incentfit app still gives me an error when I try to select a photo saying it doesn’t have permission, even though it now does. Also the “App Support” link in the App Store just goes to the corporate website, where there’s no support available.
