Geolocation is not accurate.
App says I’m not at my local gym when I am, therefore I don’t credit and when I don’t get credit, I don’t reimbursed the $20 a month I’m due. For example, several instances the app says I was only “at” the gym for 1 minute (must be there for 30 to count). My gym has records of the days I’m there but not the duration so I can’t prove I was.

This new upgraded app sucks it’s not logging my gym activity I spent a hour at gym only for the app to say attendance not accepted it’s done it three times. And it forces you to share your location 24/7 not just when using the app which before this new app update I had no issues
Broken
Downloaded this app for work incentives. I can’t connect any outside tracking apps, it quits suddenly and reverts to the main page after each click. Keep my, ‘up to $400 in savings,’ because my sanity is worth so much more.
Constantly crashes
I just downloaded this app that replaces the old IncentFit app. I opened it and it just refreshes and refreshes and nothing ever fully loads.
Broken
Where to start? I download receipts as pdfs but this only accepts photos from the photos app. I denied permission for photos the first time I tried using the app, then went into the Photos app settings and changed that. However, the Incentfit app still gives me an error when I try to select a photo saying it doesn’t have permission, even though it now does. Also the “App Support” link in the App Store just goes to the corporate website, where there’s no support available.

Issues with Tracking for Challenge
My organization did not make it clear that you had to download the app to participate in the healthcare challenge. Therefore, I downloaded the app a day after the challenge started, but it didn’t pick up the steps for the first day. I emailed to explain the issue I was having and after almost a week, it was rectified and the steps were added. Then, less than 24 hours later, they deducted the steps from the first day. It is quite frustrating and therefore what is reflected on the leader board is incorrect. The good news is, I will still get the wellness dollars for participating, but it doesn’t give a true picture of my actual steps.

Fix app login in
Good app but can you please fix log in when I try to Log in I have to reset my password. Thank you
App doesn’t work
I have to delete app every time to add/review data. Then new app makes it extremely difficult with multiple step to find where you are at on a daily basis. Please fix or go back to app that works. Thank you
Garbage app
If the app is this bad, I can’t imagine how bad their security is. Can’t believe I’m being forced to uses this in order to get more affordable healthcare. The system is broken.
Does not work
This app does not work. It’ll log you in then log you out instantly. Then you need to start all over again and again. And again.
App Doesn’t Work
It’s like they tried to squeeze the desktop site into a phone app. It is not optimized for phone use at all. Plus, the app signs you out every time you swipe it of the app for a little while and then it won’t sign you back in unless you delete the app and reinstall every time.
Endless Loading
This app does not work. It is endless loading that gets through like 5% of the time. Please fix
