Worst Airline to travel
This is a worse airline to travel than even though Air india. I booked tickets for the first time from UK to India but my first flight got delayed from uk to mumbai. Because of them I missed my connecting flight and they even not bothered. After waiting and talking more than half an hour I got next flight after 10 hours which wasn’t from same airport. So I have to travel to another airport in mumbai on my own with luggage. They said I can ask for refund. I ask for refund and they providing reasons like NEFT takes time. And it’s been more than 6 months now customer support not answering the mails. How ridiculous is this. I am never going to fly again with this airline even though not recommending anyone. Worst experience ever

Worst app ever
This is one of the worst iOS app ever developed. It takes 10 mins to load up, when you try to out login email it is invisible what you have typed and the continue button takes you nowhere. Then I tried with phone number and still no where. Then I tried as guest and still no progress on the app. Worthless POS … I am deleting the app from my phone.

Horrendous UX
Please hire a UX expert, genuine advise. Or fire whoever manages UX today. Asked for OTP 15 times to just create my account. Didnt send otp right away. After 20 mins, it allows me to enter password but gives error saying something went wrong. What really went wrong is the govt allowed yall to have complete monopoly and offer sub far experience.

App Functionality is terrible
This app is about the worst airline app I have ever used. Slow, buggy, and payment almost never works.
Kind of good app
Almost a good app to serve you basic purpose like booking a flight and making modifications; but the profile section from the bottom of the app always keeps loading when needed and frustratingly you will close it. Have tried this option to check my flying rewards and other things being abroad and also from within India, but it necer works and going to the website is the final solution. So, why would someone download this app because flight booking can be done from any travel app like MMT, Ixigo, Trip, etc with possible discounts many times.
Better make every available button workable Mr Developer and Team. The Airline itself isn’t very marvellous in terms of service, at least the app can give a better and smoother experience.
