Unprofessional

The car and driver in the app did not match the real one; one ride was not present at the location. And they took the full amount. I have been asking for my money for 7 months; no one has helped me they are unprofessional and not helpful

dear indrive
please if you people don't want to be unfortunate completely kindly update this your stupid app in other to include penalty for riders who waste drivers time after arrived for pick up..some riders will book a ride whereas they're not ready.one idiot rider book me today after arrived at her location I called her and the next thing she tell is I should wait for her while she's taking her bath.
Since you didn’t want to review your price at least do something good for drivers
You people are enslaving drivers in Nigeria
