iOS needs better updates
The demand map isn’t available for iOS, this is crucial for drivers who are dedicated indrivers who use this as the main source of income. There once was an option where you could select multiple rides and the first one that accepted you would work with it, this was very helpful, when we only select 1 ride and wait 20 seconds to be declined we missed other ride requests.
Finally when a customers doesn’t pay or pays partial payments driver should be credited for providing service without receiving proper compensation and the riders account banned or suspended to ensure they do not continue abusing the platform.
