App does not work well
This app is not working well for iPhone. Back does not work, country to select for delivery has a huge list with no scroll, so I can’t select. Every time after looking at a product I need to go back to home, as back is not clickable.
I shop here a lot!
Prices here are much reasonable compared to other sites. Great variety also.

I made a purchase worth 14K, and they did not send products as per the size I had mentioned. Now the products have been picked up and it’s been over a week they haven’t refunded my money. Horrible customer service, no response over the mail or WhatsApp.
Extremely poor customer service and misleading return process
I had a very disappointing experience with House of Indya. I received my order and immediately raised a return request within the return window because the product quality was not as shown in the pictures. However, there was no return or exchange option visible on the app, and despite emailing and messaging on WhatsApp multiple times, there was no timely response from their customer support.
The delay was entirely from their end, yet I was left chasing them repeatedly. What makes it worse is that they ask for feedback while completely ignoring active return and refund requests. This shows a complete lack of accountability.
Additionally, they try to push refunds into their wallet instead of the original payment method, which is inconvenient and unnecessary.
Overall, the post-purchase experience is extremely frustrating. Poor app support, delayed responses, and unfair handling of returns. Would not recommend unless you’re prepared to struggle for a basic return or refund.

Competitive pricing
Till now I have bought many designer wear outfits and the best was pre stitched saree. Which I cannot see the option now. It seems to be discontinued, pls make it again available. It was so easy to wear and classy!
Poor user experience
Poor app experience; poor quality app and website. Not even possible to do a search or add product to cart, let alone buy. Wonder what kind of ecommerce model this is when both the app and website dont work. Does not give hope about the products also
Unable to browse categories — many show ‘No Records Found
I found that selecting nearly every product category (e.g., Kurta sets, Sarees, Lehenga) returns a message “No records found”, even though the homepage shows multiple featured items.
This makes the app unusable for browsing and shopping. I tried clearing cache (via offload & reinstall) — no improvement.
I like the brand’s style and have seen good products in the past, but this browsing issue is frustrating. If this is a temporary data/synchronization problem, I hope it gets fixed soon. Otherwise I can’t recommend using the app for shopping until the category listings are restored.

Please please stop using AI to create pictures of models wearing your clothes. It is extremely deceiving because the actual product is not like that. We can figure out which ones are used with AI. So stop it. I am extremely frustrated scrolling through the app to find actual images of your products. You’re just losing more business by this. Also please add customer reviews section. It helps to make buying decisions for your customers

Scam alert
They are running a scam, copying pictures and designs from designers and instagram. Wait time for the order delivery is supposedly a month but after a month they say that they are unable to deliver the order. Also no refunds till date. Dont buy anything from here
This is a scammer’s business
Don’t fall into the trap. They built this app and also the FB and insta adds everything looks a very valid large business. But they took my order and after few days they said it costs more than in the customs duty and they are unable to refund or send me any parcel.
Fake and fraud
This brand has completely been diluted. Seems like someone has hacked and changed the entire thing. Entire collection on their page seems fake and like a fraud. One product which was priced at rs900 is showing as rs1800 the next day. Half of the products dont exist only! They used to sell their own designs which such good collection and suddenly it feels like a fake app! I have my money stuck as they dont even give refund just wallet credit! Dont know what to do

I don’t understand how this app has a 4 star rating. It should have a negative rating so the users can be aware of the issues they are going to face if they shopped from them.
I usually never write reviews but I’m compelled to write this one cause of the worst experiences I’ve had with this app, my orders got cancelled 3 times each after 20 days of waiting. They don’t provide cash back, they do store credits so you can’t even take your money and leave. Some products are good but some are of really bad quality and fitting. THEY NEVER SEND CLOTHES THAT ARE ON DISCOUNT, YOU CAN BUY THEM BUT YOU WON’T RECEIVE THEM CAUSE THEY’LL CANCEL IT STATING THE PRODUCT IS UNAVAILABLE.
IF THE PRODUCT WAS NOT AVAILABLE, WHY WAS IT EVEN ON SALE??
THEY SHOW THAT REFUND IS DONE WITHOUT CREDITING AND YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW UP AGAIN FOR DAYS TO GET THE REFUND.
and the customer service takes forever to respond, even when they do respond, it’s the standard apology and will get back to you soon reply, it’s simply useless to even complain.
