Only thing good is that the order is cancelable
I was able to place my order online, but the instructions for pickup were wrong I think. Nothing was delivered to my gate. One star for the app for giving me an option to cancel the order, which I couldn’t find online, otherwise this whole thing feels fake.

It gets stuck once you enter the flight number No prices! Why would anyone shop dutie free without a price???

Doesn’t work in SFO despite advertisement
The app is pretty, but ultimately… useless. You can browse items without prices, and half the time, it doesn’t actually retain your flight information which is what I assume they use to send you your purchase. Also prone to sporadically freezing.
