Can’t transfer cents!
They updated the app and then made it impossible to transfer cents. So now I permanently have an amount in cents that I cannot transfer out of my account. Do better!
Not working
I just went in to the app now it won’t work, it says something went wrong. Won’t accept my details and now not showing as the app. I’m already at the point of finding a new bank.

For the new App - Please add the cumulative balance value month by month - that’s v.helpful.
Please also add home loans to the new app.

Good banking app but…..
During the payment confirmation page why is the text confirming the payment details so small? It’s important to check the details for security purposes but very difficult with long numbers in tiny font.
Worst call center
App is usable but management is so bad, as the referral program they marketed didn’t work, plus the call center experience is the worst.

compared to the old ap that has been used for years (that we now have to update to this one from) this ap is terrible!
it’s so much harder to use, none of my bank accounts have their names on them just their account types. the layout and colouring is much less user friendly! why change 😩

Gone backwards
What a disappointing update, Quickview was a great feature in line with other banking apps. Surely this can be reintroduced.
Garbage app, rubbish bank - what a combo!
They’re like any bank who couldn’t care less about customer engagement - keep you at an arms distance and indeed, can’t even be bothered investing in branches to provide a F2F experience. The app is dreadful and worse than the previous app with a clunkier roadmap to use than before.
I hate forced updates!
I got the update on my phone months ago, hated it, and refused to update my iPad. Now however my option to ignore it was taken away and I had no choice. Not happy, as the previous version was so much better in every department. Maybe I’ll switch to doing my banking in Safari instead. 👎

What were they thinking? Auto log on every time you open the app. Instead of viewing the balances. And the opening page is dreadful. The scroll does not work smoothly and is frustrating. I regret updating.

Need to be easily able to access to review and or print statements. If it is already available it is certainly well hidden!
Bug needs fixing
Downloaded the latest app but it won’t close messages to navigate back to the account screen.
Had to access interest statement for tax year online. The downloaded statement does not have Bank logo and name.

Garbage app!!!
Changing banks this app is terrible. I tried to make a payment and kept getting an error code, then realised it had transferred 3x payments without confirmation. Deleting and changing bank today.
