Doesn’t work; no suppprt

I downloaded this app to find a tattoo artist. It has forced me into signing up as an artist with no way out of the process. Even deleting the app and re-installing it puts me back into step 2 of that process with no way out. Clicking the “Support” link on the App Store just goes to their terms and conditions with no way to actually contact them.

It’s pretty useless and not user friendly.
