Can not confirm if I have cancelled my membership. Very poor customer service and no phone number to contact.
Will not respond when you try to cancel after free trial
Still no response after numerous email attempts and contact thru the app. Would not recommend
Accountability for myself
I like using the Inlivo app because it helps me be accountable to myself and truthful about what I am eating good or bad. This is the second time I’ve signed up to this account but this time I am paying for the service to get full access to the app. The only thing I wish they’d add would be recipes inside the app. Overall I have decided my health is worth the yearly investment price.

Great App!!!
This app helps me to keep track my my water intake and how many calories I eat which is very helpful for my because I struggle keep track of these things. One problem is that there is not a widget for the app and I have to search for it instead of it being right where I need it to be.
Great app, highly accurate
The more food products you add the better that’s my feedback. As an Australian user I find that searching for food products I often have to choose overseas substitutes which have entirely different nutritional profiles most of the time. I have tried adding some like products and sometimes the calories in them is incorrect and will say something huge like 11,000 calories when it’s probably more like 1,000 for that particular food product. When it comes to tracking calories I think trusting how you feel is the best bet and the first time I used the app I felt full and saciated, I then added the data of all the food I had eaten and found that Is was spot on for how many calories I actually needed. The app’s strength is calculating macros which is great for fitness goals. Thanks for the app and I hope to see it evolve over time.

Website as well as in-app data services are down due to an expired certificate with godaddy. Please fix.
Can’t cancel subscription
I had downloaded this app off Sweatcoin, However I am unable to cancel subscription, I have tried email, contact us website and everything possible. I would suggest not to download this app, as you will find it hard to unsubscribe.
I can’t cancel my subscription!!!
I joined this app through a third party service on a trial. Tried cancelling the free period and what I thought had been completed was not and just realised they’ve been taking money each month without my consent. I have emailed them several times with NO REPLY! and there is no where on the app or online to cancel the subscription yourself. I had to go to my bank in the end to get them to block them from taking any more of my money.

Terrible customer support
The app works fine but customer support is awful. I have been trying to cancel for over a week and am getting nowhere. It seems like a scam so they can get more money out of you. I’ve messaged their support email countless times asking for them to cancel my subscription and haven’t heard anything other than them telling me to do it through the App Store (which I cannot do otherwise I would).

No response!
Have sent numerous messages through the app to delete my account and to ensure I don’t get charged after the trial period - no responses to any of them! It’s been a good few weeks at least since the first message was sent.
Poor experience so far
Only just got the app and it’s already constantly crashing when I try to input a recipe or try log the rib-eye steak and salad I had for tea. Considering this should help me track my calorie intake i cant see it being particularly useful if i cant log what I’m eating

Loved this app years ago when I had it regularly in 2017 on paid Premium. Today I thought, hey maybe give it a shot again. Nope. Searching the database for food, even a basic egg, does not work, having tried yesterday and today— nope, just getting the spinning wheel of death. Great concept and user interface, but does not work, and support is not great.

Paid for premium but it does not work
My main issue with this app is that it doesn't work.
Subscribed for premium through app store. However, app does not reflect it. For any feature i try to use that is premium, I just get a nag about subscribing to premium.
Removed and reinstalled the app and restored purchase - still the same result.
My other main grievance is that after spending all the effort to manually enter food data, the app hoards it but doesn't share. It only writes very minimum info back to the apple health ecosystem.

I cancelled but they keep charging me smh
I can’t stand inlivo . I got it through the sweatcoin app. I cancelled the first time and they charged me. When I emailed them proof they said it wasn’t charged (but it was) and they confirmed that it was cancelled . This morning I was charged again. I am infuriated. There’s no where for me to even personally delete it or change my pay info because I can only “email them”....
update: after I left this review, they “found my account” and now I’ve been told I’ll get a full refund and I won’t get charged again but we’ll see next month. My rating stays the same because I don’t like how I got a “review response “ saying that they’ve emailed me multiple times but never got any information. That’s a lie (I have proof). I’ve been in constant contact sending you my information so please don’t make it seem like I never did. Thank you.

Still Charging Me
I do not have a subscription, yet am getting charged $17 a month!
I downloaded this app 2 months ago to check it out. Saw I had to pay and immediately deleted the app, and canceled the subscription through my iPhone settings.
Last month I was charged and it was declined.
However, I was charged again, today.

Awful customer service - charged for trial
I was offered a 7 day trial offer through Sweatcoin, when I realized none of the features were available (literally everything was locked), I canceled the subscription same day on the app. I made sure the app didn’t show up on my iTunes subscriptions and checked their webpage to see if there was anything else I needed to do. Exactly one month later a charge for $16.99 showed up on my PayPal account. They say they’ll reverse it only if I show documentation that I cancelled my subscription. I wasn’t aware I needed to send an email to Apple, Inlivo, Sweatcoins, etc. just to cancel a free trial...
