Doesn’t work when you need it to always crashes the amount of updates to try help this app is terrible they can’t fix it . Doesn’t work over data cause it takes 10 minutes to log in for it to fail suggest getting a new bank and a new app entirely close your your account with innovation !
Bad user interface
App isn’t user friendly and takes a lot of time to load and the instructions are not appropriate for the functions to be completed. Feels like a very preliminary version.
Great reliable
This is great bank I had my account negative for a while they didn’t bother me or close my account I had before wealth simple and alterna both close my account because I used e-transfer with friends and wife and family for no reason they closed my account my account because they only want people who put money and deposit money and leave it there this bank is amazing honestly their app is amazing never had issue never abused me as client even when my account was negative with money I had other online banks small banks and had issues with them after 1 week because they just want money I recommend this bank they have good customer service very knowledgeable on the phone I had issue with log in she solved my problem in 5 mins no head office no none sense I can tell this bank respects their customers and allow their customers to freely use the bank if your rich or not I been using it for day to day banking and never had an issue one thing I wish is they had visa debt and when you deposit cash is available right away but I understand they don’t have their own atm in Ontario or Toronto I’m in Toronto not sure if they have it other places or in Ontario but visa debt I wish they had it’s important

Doesn’t load a lot won’t load contacts a lot constant issues
Email transfer issue.
Since updating to the latest iOS, the contacts to email transfer goes blank on the app and can only email transfer when using a computer.

Its easy and clean to navigate. Im sure there will be more updates to make the app more seemless and fast.
Overdraft charges regularly
Innovation charges me overdraft fees regularly. If I don’t have money it won’t let me Etransfer. Fine that’s good. Then I do have money and it lets me send Etransfer then charges me overdraft because apparently the money is not actually there till the bank opens in the morning. Bunch of thieves.
Has some issues
iPhone 17 pro the bottom bar sticks in the middle of the payees not allowing one to choose the hidden payee.
Ok but not perfect
Generally it’s ok but every time I accept an e-transfer I have to log in twice, which can get annoying.
